Refund policy

Unfortunately, all artworks are non-refundable due to the nature of the products. If you change your mind about the products including clothing items you have purchased, a refund will not be offered. Please ensure that the sizing is what you desire before purchase. 
For commission paintings, progress photos can be sent upon request. An image of the final painting will be provided before shipping as well to ensure customer satisfaction. 
Refunds can be arranged for items if there are legitimate reasons such as manufacturing defects that were not detected in the examination stage. If a customer buys an incorrect size, a refund is not offered. For dresses, depending on stock, a size exchange can be arranged, but the customer is to cover costs of postage of returning the item and getting the replacement item back to you. Requests for refunds or exchanges must be sent within 5 business days of item/s being delivered to you.
